24 Monday
I began my gym workout today. It was really fun. The encouragement of my gym coach inspired me more and made me determined to pursue this routine. My goal is simply to live healthier and sexier every day of my life beginning today. I always believe that when you want to achieve something in life one must learn to sacrifice and focus on that goal. So, starting this day I promised to myself to take extra mile for my health by going to the gym at least five times in a week and to observe proper diet. :)
25 Tuesday
Today, I seriously started the diet plan proposed by my gym instructor to supplement the physical workouts were doing. For the first time in many years, I began eating one cup of rice for breakfast and lunch, and a tuna sandwich or eggs (the white part only)for dinner. My eating habit is adjusting very much to this new rigor but I can feel the benefit this early, like good bowel movement. Anyway, the most important thing here is balance and good diet towards health and fitness in the physical sense. I can feel the drive of eating more but I really have to control myself for the noble goal ahead of me. Thanks for the support of my loving wife, my one and only Bella in life. :)
26 Wednesday
Thank God! The final draft of RE 2 Handbook (2011 Revised Edition) is done today. The copy will now be sent to the members of the committee for proofreading. I have to rush the final draft in order for the members to do serious proofreading of the text. At least for this edition, glitches in grammar and spelling can be minimized if not totally eradicated. The only thing I regret is that the new enrichment activities have not been incorporated because the member who is responsible for doing the job did not meet the deadline (as usual). I've just realized that it's really difficult to work with people whose work ethics is not good. In this kind of work, we can't afford to delay because there are more important things to do other than handing on your literary contribution.People have to understand that printing a handbook is a process, a long and tedious process that needs to be seriously done every step of the way if you want to produce a quality work. Like for example, the lay outing of the pages, the selection of illustrations, proofreading, and many more take a lot of time that a matter of week or two will not be enough. So, I just ask for patience and understanding from people who worked with me in this job. Sometimes I would like to give up the job because I can't just work well in this kind of set-up and people. :(
The third day of gym session was a bit strenuous. I did a lot of legs exercise. For the first time in many years I have practice flexing my knee joints in many ways and intervals. I have to patiently bear the pains and weight of the instruments to fulfill the number of times I have to accomplish the routines. But I really enjoyed a lot because I feel that my whole boy is responding quite good in the physical activities we were doing. Thanks, coach Noy Abe. You did a good job in helping me shape up and be fit.

29 Saturday
Evening Workouts
Eat a hearty lunch that includes plenty of protein (found in foods such as eggs, chicken, nuts and seeds). It is important to eat a healthy snack in the afternoon at around 4 p.m. if you plan to exercise before dinner. If you had an early lunch, eat a large healthy snack, such as trail-mix, fruit salad or granola.
After an evening workout, eat a healthy dinner. Do not have an overly large meal, especially if you have had an afternoon snack as this will negate the benefits of working out. Eat lean meat or fish, plenty of vegetables and remember to drink plenty of fluids.
